The new facility is the 21st Axis Experience Center in the Americas, bringing immersive demonstrations, learning opportunities, and creative collaboration to the Quebec region
“The opening of our Montreal AEC marks an exciting milestone and highlights our deep, long-term commitment to the Quebec market, as well as to our partners and customers across the region,” said Adon Sanjab, Regional Director of Canada, Axis Communications. “This facility is more than a traditional showroom. Located in the Laval neighborhood in Greater Montreal, the AEC provides a dynamic space for Axis partners to test their innovative ideas across the education, critical infrastructure, retail, and commercial sectors. The center features a state-of-the-art training room with capacity for up to 18 students, along with two conference rooms that accommodate six and 14 participants, respectively. In addition, the Montreal AEC features:
- Interactive stations where visitors can demo the latest products and innovations, including key products from our video portfolio, latest radars, and audio devices
- A specialized darkroom highlighting Axis Lightfinder testing capabilities
- A Formula 1 simulation room designed to celebrate engineering excellence and offer visitors a unique space that brings people and technology together
Axis representatives including Ray Mauritsson, CEO, Johan Paulsson, CTO, Fredrik Nilsson, VP of Americas, Adon Sanjab, Regional Director for Canada, along with customers, partners, local community members, and her excellency Signe Burgstaller, Ambassador of Sweden to Canada will celebrate the grand opening of the Montreal AEC with a ribbon cutting ceremony later today.
