Nota launches Studio and bets media companies want one AI system instead of ten

Beta partners cut production time 70 percent. One grew ad revenue 57 percent. Every output still has editorial oversight.

Every company is a media company now. Studio gives them the tools to act like one. Put in what you have, get back the article, the clips, the posts and the newsletter”

LOS ANGELES , CA, UNITED STATES, September 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Nota today launched Studio, a production platform that takes one asset and returns every format a media company publishes. Studio is available now to newsrooms, broadcasters, sports properties, digital publishers, and content creators.

Media companies have been buying AI one tool at a time. A clipping tool. A summarization tool. A social tool. A translation tool. Each came with its own login, its own invoice, and no way to hand work to the next one. Studio replaces that stack with a single system, and Nota is wagering that consolidation is what the market wants next.

“Every media company we talk to has the same problem. They bought a clipping tool, a summarization tool, a social tool, and a translation tool, and now they run four systems that don’t share anything,” said Josh Brandau, CEO and co-founder of Nota. “Studio is one system. One input, one approval flow, one invoice. The bottleneck was never ideas or talent. It was the hour between having the material and having something you can publish. That hour is now five minutes.”

A user drops in a broadcast, a live stream, a video file, audio, a URL, a PDF, or a document. Studio returns the package: short clips in every aspect ratio, a drafted article with SEO fields attached, social posts written for each account, and newsletter copy in the outlet’s template. Every piece comes back in the outlet’s own voice, because Studio builds its brand profile from what that outlet has already published.

From a live broadcast, the first clip is ready in under five minutes. Nota benchmarks the tools media companies use today at 20 to 30 minutes for a first clip.

Partners running Studio through its beta cut production time 70 percent and newsletter build time 85 percent. Social engagement rose 32 percent. Newsletter open rates rose 26 percent. One partner grew ad revenue 57 percent, which moves the case for AI in the newsroom from cost saved to revenue earned.

Nothing publishes on its own. An editor approves each output before it ships, and every output carries a citation back to its source material so an editor can check it first.

Studio works inside the systems media companies already run. It publishes to WordPress through a two-way connection, to Arc XP, and to any other CMS through an API. Editors never leave their existing workflow.

Studio pairs with Nota Intelligence, which monitors sources, flags new developments, and surfaces verified facts for editors. Together they cover the path from signal to published output. Media companies running both replace roughly ten separate technologies with one platform.

“Every company is a media company now. Studio gives them the tools to act like one. Put in what you have, get back the article, the clips, the posts and the newsletter,” said Brandau.
