Collectively, the three executives possess decades of leadership experience across healthcare, sales, operations, risk management and technology.

Brenda Cline is a seasoned healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) executive with more than four decades of experience leading operational transformation, process automation, growth initiatives, and M&A across the healthcare sector. She previously served as CEO of Savista RCM and President of Service Solutions at nThrive, and spent more than 34 years at HCA, including 18 years as CEO of Parallon’s Shared Service Center in Atlanta, Georgia. As an Advisor on Lovell Minnick’s Value Creation Team, she evaluates healthcare investment opportunities and works with portfolio company leadership teams to identify operational improvements and growth opportunities.

Mark Gerber is an accomplished risk and regulatory executive with nearly four decades of experience across the public and private sectors. He most recently served as an Assistant Director at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he established and led a new compliance and audit function focused on the FBI’s National Security Programs. Previously, Mark was a Partner in PwC’s Forensic Services practice, advising executive management teams, audit committees, and boards of directors on complex regulatory matters, investigations, and corporate governance. As an Advisor on Lovell Minnick’s Value Creation Team, he works with the firm and its portfolio companies on risk management, regulatory strategy, compliance, and governance initiatives to support long-term growth.

Brian Taylor is a veteran sales executive with more than 37 years of experience driving organic revenue growth, building high-performing sales organizations, and leading commercial strategy across multiple industries. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Outperform Institute and previously held executive leadership roles including Chief Revenue Officer at Advata and MCG (Hearst), Senior Vice President of Sales at FDB (Hearst), and Senior Vice President at Marco Technologies. As an Advisor on Lovell Minnick’s Value Creation Team, he works with the firm and its portfolio companies on sales growth acceleration, commercial transformation, talent assessment, sales organization development, and evaluating new investment opportunities.
