DeVincentis brings a combined decade in legal technology to the role, most recently leading client engagement, customer success, and go-to-market for a cloud-based SaaS platform deployed across AmLaw 100, AmLaw 200, and mid-sized firms. She built the customer-facing motion for a newly launched product, winning 26 firms new to the company, driving expansion across 17 accounts, closing the majority of deals for the product and ranking among the team’s top revenue producers. Earlier in her career, she led client enablement for one of the industry’s first eDiscovery platforms, working with law firms and corporate legal departments across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Alongside her legal technology career, DeVincentis spent ten years as a strategic client advisor in luxury residential real estate, negotiating roughly $100 million in transaction volume across Bergen County, New Jersey and Marin County, California. That combination, deep fluency with how law firms evaluate and adopt technology, paired with direct real estate transaction experience, mirrors the nexus Notessa was built to serve. She holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University and is an Executive MBA candidate at NYU Stern School of Business.

“Amy is exactly the person we wanted in this seat,” said Jin Kim, Chief Executive Officer of Notessa. “The hardest part of enterprise AI is not the technology; it is getting sophisticated professionals to change how they actually work. Amy has done that repeatedly, inside the exact firms we sell to, and she has spent a decade in real estate on top of it. She understands both sides of our market. I am excited for her to lead our growth strategy and accelerate what we are building: stronger pipeline, faster adoption, and deeper relationships with the clients who rely on Notessa every day.”

“I have spent my career at the intersection of real estate and legal technology and know firsthand how much time and risk gets buried in manual document work,” said DeVincentis. “Notessa solves that in a way I haven’t seen before. It takes complex, cross-referenced document structures and makes them instantly clear. Commercial real estate documents are nested, amended, and layered with financing on top of financing. This industry has needed a way to navigate that complexity for years. Notessa makes navigating these documents simple, and that simplicity is a credit to our brilliant team. My focus now is putting that in front of every firm and asset manager who needs it, and accelerating the momentum already underway.”
