Litify, the leading AI-native Platform of Action for law firms and legal departments, today announced the launch of LitifyAI Instant Demands, a new native capability designed to help plaintiff firms generate comprehensive, submission-ready demand packets in minutes without manual assembly. It is delivered through a deepened, strategic partnership with Supio, a leading AI platform purpose-built for plaintiff law.
For personal injury firms, demand generation is often the culmination of a series of disconnected workflows spanning document collection, damages tracking, policy review, and case preparation. Each manual handoff introduces delays, creates operational bottlenecks, and increases the risk of missed opportunities that can impact settlement outcomes.
Today, Litify and Supio are automating the demand process by transforming complex case data into submission-ready packages through a single, seamless workflow. LitifyAI Instant Demands produces both the demand narrative and a comprehensive exhibit packet, automatically compiling, organizing, and citing supporting documents. It leans on Supio for deep document analysis, fact extraction, and initial narrative and packet drafting. Firms can also leverage specific templates to mirror their preferred structure, tone, and formatting, and continue to edit the packet directly in Litify — ensuring every demand is submission-ready without leaving the platform.
Further, LitifyAI Instant Demands works alongside Litify Agentic Case Expert (ACE) to help firms reclaim more than 40 manual hours across the case lifecycle. The Document Assistant automatically ingests and classifies new documents. From there, LitifyAI Damages Assistant reviews medical records and bills to generate an accurate, source-linked medical chronology, while the Policy Agent auto-tallies new damages against insurance policies and flags untapped coverage. Once damages reach a threshold against the policy limits, LitifyAI Instant Demands is triggered to draft the demand, generating both the demand letter and cited exhibit packet. Once complete, the attorney is notified for a final one-click review before sending it to the insurance carrier.
By automating an estimated 20-50% of the pre-litigation process with this agentic workflow, firms can increase throughput without expanding headcount, reduce administrative burden, and focus more time on strategy and client advocacy. More importantly, they can move cases forward with greater consistency and deliver more complete, well-supported demands.
“The legal industry has largely focused on using AI to assist with individual tasks, but that’s only part of the equation,” said Lauren Rothrock, Chief Product Officer at Litify. “Our vision is an agentic platform where work progresses automatically from one stage of the case to the next. Documents are classified, damages are tracked, policy limits are evaluated, and, when a case is ready, a complete demand packet is automatically generated for attorney review — and that’s all before we delve into our Litigation agents. LitifyAI Instant Demands is a key milestone in that journey because it moves firms beyond AI-assisted work toward AI-executed workflows.”
Leveraging Supio’s AI-powered plaintiff law intelligence, LitifyAI Instant Demands brings advanced medical intelligence directly into Litify’s broader agentic workflow. Embedded into Litify, Supio’s AI identifies, digests, and analyzes every medical data point during the drafting process. With critical case documentation like medical records and case materials, a firm’s ability to leverage Supio’s insight directly within Litify ensures all medically relevant data is captured to build stronger cases, resulting in stronger outcomes for clients.
“By combining our document intelligence with Litify’s platform of action, medical insights automatically trigger tasks, notifications, and next-step workflows, reducing manual effort while empowering firms to move with greater speed and precision,” said Andrew Kim, Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Supio. “Having the confidence that all medical data is accurate and integrated into a single interface not only delivers clarity throughout the case building process, but it also allows firms to streamline workflows so client needs are ultimately best served.”
This launch reflects a broader shift toward agentic solutions that generate and orchestrate work autonomously in the background, reinforcing Litify’s position as the Platform of Action that helps legal teams turn insight into execution and move work forward with greater speed, visibility, and intelligence.
