MarinHealth today announced the launch of its Women’s Lifelong Health and Wellness Clinic, a new program designed to support women as they navigate the hormonal, cardiovascular, metabolic, mental and preventive health needs that often emerge in midlife and beyond.
Led by Lizellen La Follette, MD, the clinic provides comprehensive consultations and personalized care for women experiencing menopause-related symptoms and other health changes that can affect energy, strength, and overall well-being.
“Women’s health needs evolve over time, and many women are looking for more guidance and support during this stage of life,” said Dr. La Follette. “Our goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care that helps women understand what’s happening in their bodies and develop a plan to stay healthy, active, and vibrant.”
The Women’s Lifelong Health and Wellness Clinic offers evaluation and care for a wide range of concerns, including:

- Cardiovascular health
- Metabolic health and weight changes
- Bone health and osteoporosis risk
- Sexual and vaginal health
- Sleep health
- Mental health
- Preventive care and long-term wellness
The clinic also coordinates care with MarinHealth specialists across cardiology, endocrinology, orthopedics, behavioral health, nutrition, and other services to ensure patients receive comprehensive, integrated support.
