Filmore Brings Construction Equipment Demand Into Microsoft Teams

New Orleans, LA, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Filmore, the intelligence layer for construction equipment dealers and rental companies, today announced early access to a new Copilot agent for Microsoft Teams. The agent brings construction equipment demand data into the communication platform many sales teams already use, allowing representatives to request market and account information through a direct message.

Instead of opening another application or sorting through spreadsheets, a sales representative can message Filmore within Teams. The agent returns relevant demand information directly in the conversation, helping the representative decide which accounts and projects deserve attention.

Equipment dealers have access to large amounts of useful data, but much of it is scattered across public records, project databases, dealer systems, service departments, telematics feeds, and individual representatives’ notes. Turning those records into a practical sales plan often requires hours of research and manual data work.

Filmore connects equipment ownership, project activity, and dealer data into one picture. Its new Copilot agent makes that intelligence accessible through a familiar conversational interface.

“Equipment sales reps do their best work in the field, talking to customers. They can’t sell equipment when they are digging through spreadsheets or trying to learn new software,” said Martin Roth, co-founder and CEO of Filmore. “By bringing Filmore into Microsoft Teams, we can meet reps where they already work. They can ask a direct question, get useful context, and spend more of their day building relationships with customers.”

The Copilot agent is designed to support the natural sequence of questions a representative asks while planning a territory. A rep could begin by looking for active construction projects in a county, narrow the results to a specific jobsite, and then ask about the contractors involved and the equipment they operate.

Filmore is developing the experience to support richer workflows over time. These include connecting project activity with contractor and fleet information, identifying equipment timing signals, adding relevant public-web research, mapping opportunities, and organizing stops into an efficient sales route. The goal is to turn a morning research task into a short Teams conversation.

The agent extends Filmore’s approach of connecting data to the work equipment teams already perform, including prospecting, quoting, route mapping, competitive analysis, identifying rebuild windows, and protecting accounts at risk. Public signal intelligence can provide value before a dealer completes an internal systems integration. Connecting service history, telematics, DMS, and CRM data can add dealer-specific context that is not available from public records alone.

Early access to the Filmore Copilot agent is available now. Equipment dealers and rental companies interested in seeing the agent or discussing early access can contact hello@filmore.ai.

About Filmore

Filmore is the intelligence layer for equipment dealers and rental companies. It connects equipment ownership, project activity, and a dealer’s service, telematics, and DMS records into one picture, then points representatives toward the right accounts with the context to win them. Agents handle research, quote preparation, and CRM logging that sales teams often do not have time to complete.

Filmore serves construction equipment dealers, rental companies, and the sales, rental, and product support teams inside them. Filmore Inc. is based in New Orleans and was founded by Martin Roth and Josh Nguyen after they built Levelset, the construction payments and data company acquired by Procore in 2021.

The draft is ready for internal review. The main claim boundary is explicit: demand data through Teams is available in early access; contractor, fleet, enrichment, mapping, and route-planning workflows are described as the direction of development, not as fully available today.
