Matt Webster, Vice President
Webster joined Schupan in 2022 as Director of Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement. He brings more than 27 years of business leadership experience, including as Divisional General Manager at Parker-Hannifin’s Hydraulic Systems Division. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business management from Western Michigan University.
Kevin Roschek, Senior Director of Divisional Operations
Roschek has been a long-tenured Schupan team member for nearly 2 decades. He has held roles across inside sales, operations supervision, and plant management in both Dayton, Ohio, and Kalamazoo, Michigan.
